Products
inVidro creates and sells handcrafted artistic glass pieces.
Each piece is individually handmade and may naturally vary in colour, shape, texture, transparency,dimensions, and finish.
These characteristics are part of the artistic process and contribute to the uniqueness of each creation. Such variations are not considered defects.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While every effort is made to accurately represent each item, slight differences may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, display settings, and the handmade nature of the products.
Orders and Payments
Orders are placed directly through the Website.
Payments are securely processed through SumUp.
Orders become binding only after successful payment authorization and acceptance by inVidro.
inVidro reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including productunavailability, technical errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Production and Availability
Products available in stock are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Products requiring production are generally completed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Production and dispatch times are estimates and may vary depending on workshop workload, materialavailability, seasonal demand or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Shipping
inVidro currently sells and ships only within the European Union.
Shipping is included in the displayed product price unless otherwise stated.
Orders are generally shipped using CTT – Correios de Portugal or associated delivery partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
inVidro is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be levied on international shipments.
inVidro shall not be responsible for delays caused by carriers, postal services, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this Website including photographs, artwork, product designs, logos, text, graphics, and branding materials remains the property of inVidro unless otherwise stated.
