Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds

Consumers located within the European Union benefit from the rights granted under applicableconsumer protection legislation.
Customers wishing to request a return should contact hello@invidro.com within 14 days of receivingtheir order.
Returned products should be unused, carefully packaged, and returned in good conditions.
Refunds approved by inVidro will generally be processed through the original payment method.
Because products are handmade artistic creations, natural artistic variations do not constitute groundsfor refund.

Damaged Deliveries

Glass is a fragile material.
Every effort is made to package products securely for transport.
Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged:

1. Photograph the external packaging
2. Photograph the damaged product
3. Retain all packaging materials
4. Contact hello@invidro.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Each situation will be reviewed individually and may result in a replacement, repair, partial refund, fullrefund, or another mutually agreed solution.
